01Our service and these terms
These terms explain how you may use the UK Theory Booking website and submit a theory test booking request. Please read them alongside our privacy notice before sending your details.
UK Theory Booking provides independent booking support. We are not part of or associated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). You can also book directly through the official government service.

The form records your preferred test type, centre, date and time together with your contact details. The reference shown after submission identifies your enquiry; it is not a DVSA booking reference or confirmation of an appointment.
A representative will contact you to discuss availability and the next steps. Submitting the form does not reserve a test slot, guarantee a date or oblige you to purchase a paid service.
03Providing accurate information
Please check your name, email address, phone number and preferences before submitting. Provide information you are entitled to share and tell us promptly if something needs correcting.
Use the notes field for relevant preferences only. Do not include card details, passwords or sensitive medical information. Keep your request reference available when contacting our team.
04Centres, dates and availability
Centre listings help you choose a preferred location. Postcode searches show approximate straight-line distances in miles; these are not driving distances or journey times.
The website does not display live appointment availability. Preferred dates and times are subject to availability and must be discussed with a representative. Check the actual booking confirmation and centre instructions before making travel arrangements.
05Charges and any further agreement
This website collects booking requests and does not process payments. Before you choose any paid service, we will explain the proposed service, total price, any official test fee and applicable conditions.
Any further paid arrangement requires your agreement to the relevant terms. A request alone does not include training subscriptions, free re-sits, cashback or a pass guarantee.
06Changes, withdrawal and refunds
If you want to change or withdraw an unprocessed request, contact our team with your reference. We will check its status and discuss what needs to happen next.
If an appointment has subsequently been booked, changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable booking rules and any service terms you agreed. Contact us promptly rather than assuming that editing your preferences changes an appointment.
Where a separate paid service is agreed, its cancellation process, any applicable cooling-off rights and refund conditions will be explained before you commit. These terms do not remove any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
07How we communicate with you
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your request. Please let us know if those details change.
If you have not heard from us or are unsure about the status of your request, contact our representative. Do not treat a website acknowledgement as an official test appointment confirmation.
